Delete items off my favorites folder

I cannot delete items from my favorites list. I've tried right clicking it and nothing happens.

    Hello, I'm sorry to hear about your situation, it seems that you are experiencing an inability to delete files from your favorites folder, in order to better help you, can you test if right clicking on the file and clicking on the properties will help, before doing so, you can initialize your computer once.

    Also can I ask if your current account is an administrator account?

    When I delete an item from my favorites it reappears later. How do I permanently delete it?
