How can i download Chrome to my laptop?

Edge is blocking any attempt to install google chrome.

I do not want to use microsoft Edge. More so when it tries to limit me.

After i download, a pop up with "search in app store" appears. i can't install it no matter how much i try.

please do not send me another download link, there is something in the security settings i need to change.

please help me

    May I verify if your Windows is currently in S-mode? If yes, you will need to switch out of S-mode to download and install apps from other sources.

    If you are not in S-mode, kindly check your app settings to see if it is set to download anywhere. Please perform the steps below.

    1. Open the Windows settings (Windows key + I).
    2. Go to Apps > Advanced app settings.
    3. Set the "Choose where to get apps" option to anywhere.
    4. Once done, try downloading the apps again.
