Okay so, I've recently just earned 4,600 points on Microsoft rewards. I'm planning on redeeming it to claim my 200-peso GCash gift card. However, there was a problem in verifying my phone number since I am not receiving any one-time-pins (OTP). How can I claim my reward if I cannot verify my number? Why have I not received any OTP?
