Hi, I want to ask if any Microsoft Advisor or experts can please help me with this.
I redeemed a League of Legends gift card on my main account and then helped my family members redeem on their accounts using the same device and Wi-Fi. Later, I tried redeeming on my own personal account (which had nothing to do with the others), and I used a different phone number and mobile data but still got suspended.
That account had been active for over 2years, and I earned points only from normal daily use no bots or anything like that. It still got flagged for “holding multiple accounts.”
I’ve already sent multiple appeals even from different accounts and it’s been 5 days with no response. I’m really frustrated because I did everything right and still got suspended.
Just posting this to ask for help from someone at Microsoft, and also to warn others even doing things correctly isn’t always enough. Please, if any advisor or expert sees this, I’d really appreciate your support.

Thanks for the reply, but honestly, this just says the same stuff I’ve already read it doesn’t really help in my case.
I didn’t use any bots or anything like that. Each account had a different phone number, and I even used mobile data for the last one. Yeah, the device and Wi-Fi were shared since it’s all family, but that’s pretty normal.
The first two redemptions happened on the same day, but the third one was done 4 days later — so it wasn’t like I spammed them back-to-back either.
If stuff like this is enough to get flagged, it should really be made clear before we redeem. Nothing warns you about using the same network or device with family accounts. I followed the rules as best as I could and still got suspended.
It’s been 5 days since I appealed and still no reply. I just want someone to actually look at the case and give a clear answer.
The system is the ones that is detecting it in which it can be true or a false detection and if you have not done anything against the rules, you can explain or elaborate it and you can point out the things that you are doing and the thing that you are not doing to prove that you abide by the rules.
Thanks for the info, but how could I have known any of this?
None of these rules are made clear while using Microsoft Rewards. There’s no warning that using the same device or network across family members could get everyone suspended, or that redemptions should be spaced out. I wasn’t using a VPN, and each account had its own phone number — still got flagged.
If Microsoft really expects users to follow these strict conditions, they should show these rules clearly before letting us redeem. Getting suspended after doing things “wrong” without even knowing what’s wrong isn’t fair.
Kindly take note that, if the system flags unusual or different behavior on ones account it will be a violation of the Microsoft Rewards Terms of Service which can get an account to be suspended or be banned.
You may still be able to recover the account depending on the reason for the suspension. Microsoft typically suspends accounts for violating the Microsoft Rewards terms of service, such as using automated tools to earn points, having multiple accounts, or engaging in fraudulent activities. Response times may vary due to workload or other tasks at hand, but rest assured that they will review your case and let you know if your account can be reinstated and after that you can decide if you will create a new account. You can submit an appeal via the link below, please be guided that the form might be grayed out with your account and you will need to use a different account and let the relevant team know on what happened.

Good day, thanks for your question. I am glad to be able to provide assistance to you today. Sorry to know about this and you may refer to the below information with regards to this.
There are several possibilities or reasons as the system might likely flagged an activity as suspicious. These systems are designed to prevent fraud and abuse, and they often trigger when but not limited to:
> Multiple accounts use the same device, IP address, or Wi-Fi network.
> Phone numbers are reused for multiple accounts.
> Multiple redemptions or orders are placed in a short time.
> Accounts appear identical/similar or behave or has the same patterns that mimic fraudulent activity.
What can be done to avoid this kind of scenario:
> Separate Devices and check connected Networks
> Use Unique Phone Numbers
> Space Out Your Redemptions
