Thank you for your reply.
I checked your email and I didn't see the sender of this email. As I said above, the most important criterion for judging whether an email is from Microsoft is to check whether the sender is @accountprotection.microsoft.com.
However, according to the pictures you provided, this email should be sent to you by Microsoft. The main content is that some of Microsoft's service terms have been updated. You can click the link in the email to view these updated terms. Of course, if you don't use the Csahback service in the future, you don't need to view these contents. This will not affect your use of other Microsoft products.
If you encounter similar emails in the future, please check whether the sender is @accountprotection.microsoft.com according to the method I suggested in my previous reply.
I hope these contents are helpful to you. If you think my reply is helpful to you, and for other users who are troubled by this problem, please mark this reply as "yes" so that other users can quickly locate the solution. Your feedback is very important to us. Thank you for your cooperation.

I received the same email. The sender is not @accountprotection.microsoft.com. The sender shows as maccount@microsoft.com.
