Is there a setting one can use to remove this irritating feature? It is taking bit of the screen area. Just suddenly appeared.
It is so annoying that it disqualifies Edge completely. You cannot use it as a browser anymore. Considering that the first remark was in February and it is not fixed yet, makes that Edge will be off my phone soon.

Good day, thanks for your question. Did this issue started after a recent update on Edge or this is also happening on the previous version/s? You can also check if this issue is present on the Beta and Dev channels of Edge for Android that you can download via the Play Store. Alternatively, you can also download them via the link below.
