My computer has been randomly going to 100% disk usage since upgrading to windows 11, When I open task manager it shows edge has 10 things running, As soon as I end task on edge disc usage goes down to about 30%. Is there some way to get this to stop. I dont use edge at all but it keeps running it's self .

On Edge, go to:
edge://settings/system
Turn off:
Startup boost
Continue running background extensions and apps when Microsoft Edge is closed
This should be resolved.
