Hi there,
When I used headphones to link my iPhone, I tried to communicate with AI in the Microsoft Copilot application, but I was surprised to find that I couldn't listen to the reply through the headphones at this time, and I was forced to use the speaker to play. I want to know what this is.

Hello, 末岩
I did a test,
The device I use is iPhone 13 pro max & airpods pro2.
I'm in the copiilot app, and once I use voice, my airpods pro2 automatically disconnects.
I found that the problem you mentioned does exist.
I will report this issue, and I also recommend you provide feedback:

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
Unfortunately, the Feedback Hub just works on Windows. And I can’t use it.
Hello 末岩
Welcome to the Microsoft Community.
It sounds like when you use Copilot, you can't hear the reply through the headphones and can only use the speakers to play it out.
First of all, I want to confirm the problem with you. Where do you use Copilot?
Mobile app? edge browser on iOS?
Is it just Copilot's audio problem? Are the others normal?
If you are using a mobile app, I suggest you clear the app cache or reinstall the app.

Hi Patch,
Thanks for your reply. I use the Copilot on iOS single app. And after I see the answer, I immediately try to delete the app and reinstall it. Unfortunately, it doesn’t have any better features. The problem is still there. And sure, other options are all available.
So is there any other way to solve this problem? If have, please let me know.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Best regards,
Yan
