An error occurred while checking for updates: We couldn't create that component (error code 3: 0X80040154 -- system level).
any idea or solution on how to resolve this issues?. I already tried do a repair but the result is still the same.
Current browser version: Version 136.0.3240.76 (Official build) (64-bit)

Edition: Windows 10 Home
Version: 2009
Installed on: 4/7/2021

Try to reinstall the Edge browser on top of itself using the installer available on this link to see if that resolves the error.

But i hope this issue will be resolve, is gonna be a problem when new update is release.

Your Edge browser is fully up to date, your current version (136.0.3240.76) of Edge is the latest public release of Edge, there are no new updates available for Edge yet.
Open the Settings App, then go to Apps and Features, and find the Edge browser in the list.
Select Edge, choose Advances Options, then select - Modify - Repair to see if that resolves the error.
