Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.
On your Desktop, if you have that set to Windows Spotlight, there should be a small grey icon on your Desktop to get more information about that image, if not, take a screenshot of your Desktop, save it to a file, then in your web browser, drag that image into a tab, right click it and select to search with Bing images or Google Images to find more information about that location.
If you still cannot find information about the location, please paste a screenshot of that image here.
No idea what windows spotlight is.
Right click your Desktop and select Personalise.
On the resulting settings window, what is Background set to?
