Edge Browser's New Tab opens up foreign language home page

When I click on "New Tab" in my Edge browser, the new page opens up to the MS Home Page and it is in Russian. My system and Edge language settings are US English. I do not have alternative languages loaded.

Do I have a virus?

    When was the last time it worked properly?

    Please try the following methods below.

    If you have a third-party VPN installed, please try to temporarily uninstall it then check if the issue persists.

    1. Please try to update your Microsoft Edge browser

    Open Edge > Click 3 dots > Help and Feedback > About Microsoft Edge

    1. Clear cache and cookies

    Open Edge > Click 3 dots > Settings

    Select Privacy, search, and services > Under Clear browsing history

    Click Choose what to clear

    Select your preferred Time Range and items to clear

    Click Clear Now

    1. Disable or Uninstall Edge extensions

    Open Edge > Click 3 dots > Extensions

    Please check if one of your extensions is causing the issue

    If the issue still persists, you may need to consider performing a Reset of Edge Chromium.

    Open Edge then click 3 dots > Settings

    Select Reset Settings > Restore settings to their default values

    Click Reset

    Restart your computer

    Now the copilot portion of the browser is displaying half of the rewards section in a foreign language. I cleared the history and made sure English was chosen for all the languages. I reinstalled Edge, At the top of the browser search page it says my area is Czech Republic.

    This just started after I installed the latest Edge update.
