Hello ShadowNight Beast,
Welcome to the Microsoft Community.
I understand your situation. Does it only happen when watching videos? (Does it happen when playing games or performing other activities as well?) You can try different video sources, including offline videos, to see if any changes can improve this situation. You may also consider performing a clean boot to rule out some potential influences.
To rule out other factors, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
Perform a clean boot:
Press Windows + R, type "msconfig", and press Enter to open System Configuration.
Go to the Services tab, check "Hide all Microsoft services", and then click "Disable all". (If you have fingerprint recognition enabled, do not disable the related services.)
Click the "Startup" tab, click "Open Task Manager", and then disable all startup items.
Restart your device.
Disclaimer: A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. It helps to determine whether a background service is interfering with your game or program and to isolate the cause of a problem. These steps of "clean boot" might look complicated at first glance. However, to avoid any trouble for you, please follow them in order and step-by-step so that it will help you get back on track.
Alternatively, you can press Windows + E to open File Explorer and navigate to “C:\Windows\Minidump” to see if you can find any DMP files. If you find any, you can upload them to a cloud service and provide the link to me.
Wishing you the best and a Merry Christmas!
