I am trying to move a folder(s) from like the Favorites Bar to Other Favorites folder...
Looked at the settings / options but CANNOT find how to...

On the address bar, paste the address below and press enter:
edge://favorites
Or select the three dots on the top right corner > Favorites > select "Favorites" on the tab.
This will open the Favorites page, on the Favorites page, you can drag the favorites to the folder you want.
