Why am I getting Access Denied You don't have permission

I find it extremely irritating when you get directed back to these community forums where there seem to be more questions than solutions, and this issue in particular is annoying the hell out of me! I usually never reply to these posts but this one in particular is annoying the living SHI_ out of me!

My opinion why we get these Permission errors has to derive from the VPN setup or has something to do with web security or whatever it's called. I have McAfee & Norton but I cant figure it out which is bothering me so much that I decided to finally reply to this forum which im sure will likely be of no help at all. lol

Reference #18.4e743217.1713826857.37000fb3 https://errors.edgesuite.net/18.4e743217.1713826857.37000fb3 when I'm trying to access certain websites? I.e. Macys, Home Depot etc...

Pursuant to advice received below from cool_guy_ 328 I opened my McAfee program and TURNED OFF VPN. That solved the problem. VPN seems to interfere with various webpages I have previously accessed with not problems! I am not so sure that VPN is really useful?????

well you're not telling me how to resolve it you're telling me to contact developer. But who and how?
