Hello,

I am trying to create a single incident report through the support for business portal. After I enter my payment information, I get a pop up that says "tax calculation was unsuccessful. Please try again later." Anyway which Browser you use. Even with changing Timezones it doesnt work. Calling Microsoft support is useless they aren't willing to help. If i tell my problem they ask for a specific product. Because this issue can't be assigned to a an exisiting product they just hang up and now its impossible to get help somewhere.

    Hello,  ODS_1954

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

Thanks for your feedback, I understand that you're having trouble creating a support ticket through the Support for Business portal.

This issue may be related to the browser you're using or the payment information you've entered.

I recommend trying a different browser or clearing your browser's cache and cookies before attempting to create the ticket again.

If the issue persists, you may want to contact Microsoft support again and explain the situation in detail.

They should be able to assist you in resolving the issue. Please note that Microsoft support may ask for specific product information to better assist you.

Looking forward to your questions being resolved soon.

Already tried that several times. They dont want to create a ticket for this issue because it cant be categorized. They just want to hear the problem why I want to create the ticket in the first place, create a ticket and after i explained the original problem to the costumer service support Engineer they say i have to buy a ticket for this problem, and here we are at the start again...

Already tried four different Browser (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Vivaldi), it didn't work. That Microsoft support asks for a specific product ist the very problem, because this issue can't be categorized in one of the products, so they won't help me. Tried it several times.
