I haven't been able to redeem since November of 2024 - I get a 500 internal server error, no matter what device or browser I use. I've had multiple support tickets open, and no one will get back to me other than "we're researching it". Then they tell me to please stop responding, although I still never hear anything.
Same problem and no resolution found. Support wants me to email a screen recording of the verification code never sending before they can comprehend what that means. How is the Microsoft Cashback team so unaware of how the process works that I have to send them a video after describing exactly how it doesn't work?
Also, how am I supposed to email a video that's too large to email? Would it be better to post it on YouTube so the world can see how the largest software company in the world can't figure out how to make web page buttons work?
It's a absolute joke of a program and no one at Microsoft cares to fix it so long as they keep collecting our sweet, sweet personal data they can resell.
That wouldn't surprise me - rope us in for the commission on sales, then have the website become non-functional to pocket what should be our cut. I do a lot of online shopping with Edge on my PC specifically for the Cashback program.
Exactly my problem too. I did everything support asked, including dump the cache and cookies, try a different browser and a different device. Nothing worked. And now no answers when I rewrote. I think I read somewhere that the cashback expires in 90 days. Maybe Microsoft is waiting for the 90 days to be up?
