    Dear susan mcmahon!

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community!

The link you provided is indeed an error report page, not the website you were originally trying to access. This error page is usually generated by Akamai (a content delivery network service provider) and is displayed when there is a problem accessing a website.

In order to better help you solve this problem, I need to know the following information:

    1. What website were you originally trying to access?
    2. Did you enter the URL of this error page directly into the browser address bar, or were you redirected here when accessing another website?
    3. Is this problem happening for the first time, or have you encountered it before?
    4. Have you tried accessing the same website using other browsers or devices?
    5. Does this problem occur for all websites, or only for specific websites?

With this information, we can more accurately diagnose the problem. Here are some common solutions:

    1. Try accessing in private mode/incognito mode.
    2. If using a VPN, try accessing it after disconnecting.
    3. Check the hosts file to make sure it has not been accidentally modified.

If the common solutions still don't solve the problem, please provide more information about the website you were originally trying to access and the specific circumstances under which you encountered this problem so that I can give more targeted suggestions.

Thank you for your understanding and support!

    Best regards,
