How do I transfer my bookmarks / favorites from Chrome to the new Edge?

I have tried the below option to import these items, but the only option that I have available is to select my passwords. Those have been imported but I am needing ALL my other stuff. Please advise. Thanks.

Open Edge Chromium > Click 3 dots
Select Favorites > Import
Under "Import from" drop-down menu list, select Google Chrome
Select the things you want to import
Click Import

    Hi mtnkat, I am Paulo and I'd like to help.

    Try to export your bookmarks to .html file and then import it to Edge.

    In Chrome, press Ctrl+Shift+O to open the Bookmarks Manager and then click the three dots on the upper right of the page > Export bookmarks. Save it to your preferred location.

    In Edge, go to Settings > Profiles > Import browser data. Click Import on Import data from Google Chrome. Change "Import from" to Favorites or bookmarks HTML file. Choose file and locate where you saved your bookmarks.

    Had the same issue and found the solution...

    Objective: Importing bookmarks/favorites from Chrome to Edge (v125) using a HTML exported from Chrome

    1. In Edge, go to Settings > Profiles > Import browser data.
    2. Scroll down to 'Import from other browsers' --> Click 'Choose what to import"
    3. In the 'Import from" dropdown choose: "Favorites or bookmarks HTML file.
    4. Choose file and locate where you saved your bookmarks.

    You can take it from there.

    I have the same problem - the only option I am given to import from Chrome is passwords.

    Why should we have to download chrome, export the favorites, and then import them to Edge? The import feature in Edge should work for all my Chrome data - including favorites!

    Is there a way to import the bookmarks from Chrome the same way it imports the passwords by signing into my Google account, without needing to download Chrome.

    When I try to import from Chrome to edge in the drop down box "profile" under Chrome it has the wrong profile to import from in Chrome. How do I change this to select another Chrome profile?
