    Two possibilities:

    1- If you once had even the remotest connection to Microsoft Rewards, your email address is on a list somewhere in Microsoft.

    Solution: Ignore it.

    2- The email is part of a scam.

    Solution: Ignore it.

    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    That is just a standard Email Microsoft5 have sent out to users to indicate they have updated their policy, if your use Microsoft rewards, that may be why you received that Email, and if you do not use their cash back system, you can safely delete that Email
