Home and End keys not working properly in the browser? Just press F7

So this keeps on happening to me (maybe my cat is stepping on my keyboard when I'm not looking or something).

And every time I spend ages searching for the answer, and it's always difficult to find, with people giving silly answers like press CTRL+Home/End, or telling you to reinstall your browser, run SFC, or reset the settings, etc..

But the answer is to simply disable Caret Browsing by pressing F7.

I'm partly putting this here in the hopes that it will help other people, and partly so that I can find the solution myself the next time.

Just glad that it helped someone..

I'd imagine this could actually be an issue for a lot of people but they don't realise it because they don't even know what the Home/End buttons are supposed to do, and they press them a few times in he beginning and nothing happens so they just move on with their lives, scrolling endlessly to get to the top and bottom of pages!

Bro, thank you. I'd been looking everywhere to figure out why my End and Home keys weren't working as intended (or as usually they should be), and it was just a press of a button.

Truly, thank you for removing the infuriation.
