Managing tabs, address bar, and search settings in Edge on Windows 11

I want to increase my tab size in Edge. I looked for the Settings > System > Display. Under “Scale and Layout”, that another person suggested - but it does not exist.
I have a Settings & Performance selection, but it has nothing about Display, or Scale & Layout.
I am running Version 121.0.2277.83 (Official build) (64-bit))
My tabs are so small, I can barely click on them. I have 55 tabs open, and they are about 1/8 inch wide.
IS there some setting under edge://flags I can use (like chrome://flags has for tab scrolling that can set sizes also)?
Who want tabs to shrink to a size so small?
Who wants to NOT have tab scrolling?

Hi Mitchell,
Thanks for your feedback, I do appreciate it.
My problem with vertical tabs is that it uses (takes) screen space that my actual web page being displayed would otherwise have available. I can see where some people would be ok with this, but I am not. I use Firefox a lot, and I am happy with the way they allow scroll-able tabs that do not shrink, regardless of how many tabs are open.
Why can't Microsoft all both the vertical, and the NON-SHRINKING horizontal tabs?
Does anyone really want shrinking horizontal tabs, that become so small they cannot be read, or, even accurately clicked on?
I know I am late in posting here, but I totally agree with you. It's just plain dumb that the edge tabs are so small. And the solutions are all about the vertical tabs - which as you said takes valuable space on the screen. :-(
Go to Edge
> ... 3 dots on top right
> Settings
> Appearance
> Scroll down to 'Touch'
> Set 'Touch mode' to ON
I refuse to use MS Edge for this one reason. I keep dozens of tabs open, sometimes several dozen, and if I can't read the tab title, or even click on the tab without fear of unintentionally closing the tab since it is so small I almost cannot click in the tab's area that does not close the tab - I will not use Edge,
WHO WANTS THESE ITSY BITSY TAB SIZES ANYWAYS?
I agree - this is just stupid that you can't have wider tabs. How does this make sense to microsoft developers?
