Having the same issue.
I have to create an account for work, which is simply not possible right now. Brave, FireFox and even your own browser Edge have the same problem. I hope this hasn't been going on since July. When will this be resolved?
Hi I am having the same issue as well it keep getting stuck at the robot stage. Its extremely tedious tried both puzzle. Doesnt work. Is exhausting and excruciatingly annoying.
Hi, Prankur Patel
Welcome to the Microsoft community.
This kind of problem may be related to the network environment, or it may be a temporary error. You can try entering Edge’s InPrivate Mode (Ctrl+Shift+N), then share your phone’s network with your computer and try the relevant operations to see if it works. You can also try to verify directly on your phone or other devices.

I am having the same problem of looping Microsoft captcha, AND ONLY Microsoft captcha, I stupidly thought that doing over and over again would solve the issue, no, it sent me back, and I did it again and again for 31 minutes straight. You probably know how agonizing it is to complete the orbit captcha and having to do it over and over again. I also tried the audio ones, better than the orbit puzzle, but still in the damn loop. I have tried all the magical fixes like clear cache, disable extensions, and incognito mode, did not help. This is dumb and stupid. We are all funding Microsoft with data and what we get is a stupid browser and a broken bot system, I understand why the bot thing is there but the fact that it does not let real humans in fundamentally contradicts the whole purpose of captcha, to stop the bots and let the humans in. In fact, Microsoft could open an in person building for people to come to and verify their humanness. We NEED a better system. -Royan.
