You should have that version currently installed, if not, click the 3 dots at the top right of Edge, open its Settings and click 'About Microsoft Edge' on the left.

Open Edge, go to Settings - About Microsoft Edge, does Edge not automatically when you access that settings page, is there some error listed there?

If not, click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.
