Hi, thank you for replying, unfortunately no, that is the only way.
Hi Bernard,
Thank you for responding.
I tried whatever you mentioned, but in my case it is not responding when I'm clicking "Learn more about toolbars and extensions".
Is there any other solution, which I can try?
Hi, thanks for reaching out. My name is Bernard a Windows fan like you. I'll be happy to help you out today, my timezone is UTC +8.
I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help, this is actually happening due to Internet Explorer is already disabled(End of life) and as a default you can use Microsoft Edge, in addition, for us to use Internet Explorer and the only way to open it is through internet settings, kindly follow the steps below:
Press the Windows key + R then type in:
inetcpl.cpl
Then hit OK
Click "Programs" > Click "Manage Add-ons" > Then click "Learn more about toolbars and extensions"
That is the only option we can open Internet Explorer as it is already a legacy browser.
Let me know how it goes and I hope that helps.
Bernard
