I assure you: There is no mysterious organization that is managing your browser. 😊
The message means that one or more of your browser policies was changed. This is usually done by one of your browser extensions, and especially the extension that comes with your antivirus application. That's all it means. I have it too, on Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. (And I don't even use Microsoft Edge.)
If you'd like to know why your browser uses that particularly phrase, I will gladly explain.
Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.
1
Open the Settings App.
Go to Accounts.
Select Access Work or School, is there is a work or school Email listed there?
2
If there is no work or school account listed there, try this fix.
Click your Start Button, then just type cmd
On the resulting list, right click Command Prompt and select 'run as Administrator'
Paste each of these commands into Command one at a time and press Enter, wait for each command to complete, before running the next command, if you receive an error on any command, ignore that and continue to the next command.
