We need help! We are a small business seeking a Prompt Management Tool that will:
a. Store prompts in a repository that we can share among our team
b. Easily allow team members to input AI prompts as well as search for prompts
c. Categorize prompts with multiple tags for quick searching
d. Track changes to prompts (bonus feature, not mandatory)
e. Display a good UI that can quickly be referenced (docked app or hotkey access) in both MacOS and WinOS
f. Allow users to add specific prompts to their ‘favorites’ list
g. Recommends prompt improvement
Our team uses MS365 so we use CoPilot primarily, but we are looking for a tool that is agnostic to the the AI engaged.
We have been saving prompts in a shared OneNote, but we have found that the OneNote platform has not served us well as a wiki and the search capability is clunky. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

I believe a repository for AI prompts would be helpful to individual users.
