Why can't watch tod tv on my Xbox series s microsoft edge keep saying that not in your region .I'm in iraq baghdad .so tod support iraq . I can't watch

I happened to experience a similar issue when trying to stream TOD TV on the Xbox Series S browser, even though the service works perfectly fine on my other devices running the Microsoft browser. All the devices, including my Xbox, are using public DNS settings.

Microsoft Edge on Xbox devices is notorious for its poor performance, which is why customers like myself don't spend much time on the actual device on general.

I have the same problem l have tried everything but to no avail please help

Thank you for your reply. I understand that your country or region accepts your subscription.While you can subscribe to the service in question, this does not affect regional access restrictions. Subscriptions usually control what content is available to the user, while regional restrictions determine whether the user can access specific content. Therefore, even though you subscribe to some services, you may still be affected by regional access restrictions.

Have you tried to access TOD using other devices?Which services do you have subscriptions to?

We kindly ask you to try changing to another country region, or try creating a new Microsoft account to try to access TOD.

You can also try using a web proxy on top of your router by setting up your router and trying again.

The video is not working or not available in your region microsoft edge xbox series s . Why . Only my subscription. Other video are working. My region supported by the subscription.

In your description, when you access tod tv on Edge on Xbox series, you encountered a prompt like there exists a region restriction.

Please provide me with a screenshot or photo of the page you encountered.

In my search, I found that TOD currently supports the following countries or regions

Please login to your Microsoft account via the link below and try to change to another region in the image above, then try again

https://account.microsoft.com/

If you still cannot access TOD TV, please try to create a new Microsoft account and try again.

Currently, there seems to be some issues with Edge on Xbox that need to be optimized, so please try using Edge on your computer or other device to see if you can access TOD.
