Troubleshooting website display or functionality issues in Edge on Windows 11

Problem started after Windows update about 10 days ago. The computer recognizes connection to wifi but shows no internet connection due to problem with DNS Cache. I flushed the DNS Cache as suggested online but no impact. After about 10 - 15 minutes the computer will connect to internet and will stay connected. When I turn off the computer and restart later I have the same connection issues.
All was fine with computer and issue started after an automatic windows update about 10 days ago
I appreciate any help you can provide.

Dear Kevin,
Hello! Welcome to the Microsoft Community.
It looks like you are experiencing a DNS cache issue after Windows Update, which results in WiFi connecting successfully but not being able to access the Internet. I understand your feelings and I will try my best to help you.
I understand that you have tried to flush the DNS cache, but the problem still exists. If you have tried the steps provided below, please ignore them directly.
Preferred DNS server: 8.8.8.8
Alternate DNS server: 8.8.4.4
Preferred DNS server: 1.1.1.1
Alternate DNS server: 1.0.0.1
Preferred DNS server: 4.2.2.1
Alternate DNS server: 4.2.2.2
Select the hosts file, then right-click and open it in Notepad. Delete all the contents and select Save.
To prevent accidents, you can back up a copy before deleting it and save it somewhere else, such as the desktop.
Make sure the firewall or security software is not blocking the network connection. You can temporarily disable the firewall for testing.
Disclaimer: Temporarily turn off antivirus protection. However, keep in mind that if you do so, your device may be vulnerable to threats. So please turn it on immediately once issue fixed.
- I noticed that this problem occurred after an update, and it is possible that the latest update caused the problem. You can consider rolling back the update. Go to "Settings", "System", "Recovery" and see if there is a "Go Back" option. If there is, it should be possible to return you to the state before the update. Again, any changes you made in the meantime will be reverted.
If the option is gone, it is because it is usually only available for about ten days. Try uninstalling the latest few updates (based on the date), go to "Settings", "Windows Update", "Update History", "Uninstall Updates", uninstall the corresponding updates and remember the corresponding KB number. If the problem persists after uninstalling, consider downloading these updates again.
Search and download the corresponding updates from here: Microsoft Update Catalog

All these doesn't work. What should I do? I can use Viber though. The rest doesn't connect because of the DNS cache.
Please help
I have had this exact problem for about a year now. Everyday I need to restart my computer to fix the issue. I have followed every tutorial that I can find on the internet and nothing helps. Let me know if anything works for you.
