Just click on “Play”, sign in to your Xbox account if it's not already done, and play.
If you need to manually activate the touch controls, just click on the little gamepad icon in the top-left corner of the screen and click on “More options”.
Switch the touch mode to “Basic” (see the attached screenshot).
