In case you haven't figured it out (or anyone else is looking for an answer...) - I had the same problem today. I managed to find a link to check earned cashback from an email MS had sent me:

There should be some way to receive your cash back money other than PayPal! I do not have a PayPal account and know lots of people who do not have one Why not send out checks. Or let us shop w the money we earn

I hear you and thanks man! I finally found it, so it probably would take 1/2 hour to direct me to it even on the phone! Then I found when I had a zero balance, I finally got an email reply saying that there's a 90 day expiration. Man I just lost $125 of a lot of work where they earn money through my clicks and don't have to pay me. Sounds like a lawsuit coming up if we can get a number of people who had the same problem! Why should why should there be any expiration when it's like money or a check? This is doubly bogus! Particularly since there is no directions that work to get to use the funds; nor how to use the funds; nor utilizing the funds means you've got to spend more money because there's nothing inexpensive in their store!

    SUPER BAD BUSINESS!!!!

Good day Gloria, thanks for your question. I am glad to be able to provide assistance to you today. As it is part of MS Rewards then you can login via https://rewards.bing.com/ and check if the balance reflects from there.

    Regards,

    Paul R.
