I asked Co-pilot to draw something and it says it will but no image appears. This was never a problem before.

You draw a picture of a superhero

Copilot I’ll try to create that. 1of30

I have paid Co polit and the most advanced AI LAPTOP u all make. So why can't I make a logo for a company I work for called Honey Gang Kentucky Cannabis. It's says it's not allowed to create it. W.t.h. do I pay for? This is why I bought it. I'm dealing with a legal thca hemp company. I should be able to make them a logo no matter what's the name of the company. All I wanted was something like this logo. Plus why can't I get my S Pen to work?

    Hello, Meg_609.

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community

Thank you for your feedback. I read your description of the problem and you mentioned that the error occurs when you try to create an image via Co-pilot, which is indeed confusing at times.

Can you tell me if you are currently using Copilot on the Edge browser or are you saying you are using it on the Copilot APP.

If you are using Copilot on the web, you can try resetting your browser to test if the problem still occurs. The steps to reset Edge are as follows.

    1. First, open Microsoft Edge by searching for Edge in the Start menu search and then selecting it from the search results.
    2. When the Edge window opens, click the 3 horizontal dots next to your profile picture.
    3. Then, from the expanded menu, click Settings.
    4. When the Settings page opens, click Reset Settings from the left panel.
    5. Then, on the right panel, you will see the option "Restore settings to default". Click on this option to reset Microsoft Edge.
    6. You will see a dialog box called "Reset Settings". From there, click the Reset button.

If you are using the Copilot app, you can try to fix the app.

Go to Settings > Applications > Apps & Features > scroll down and look for Microsoft Copilot application > click the 3 dots next to it and select Advanced Options > click Repair and check if the problem has been resolved.

I hope this information has been helpful. If you have any questions, please let me know and I will be happy to help you further.

    Best regards
