Troubleshooting website display or functionality issues in Edge on Windows 11

I'm not sure what has changed as it used to autofill on this website. I checked my Edge settings and "offer to save passwords" is enabled as well as "save and fill in personal information". I'm not sure what else to do. It is a medical insurance portal login and I did call the IT support for the site and they said it was an Edge problem. I have no problem with autofill on this same site on Chrome. Running Windows 11 Home, MS Edge Version 130.0.2849.46 (Official build) (64-bit)

Dear troiade,
Hello! Welcome to the Microsoft Community. I'm glad to be able to assist you. If I misunderstand your question, please let me know promptly.
If Microsoft Edge cannot automatically fill in usernames and passwords on a specific website, you can try the following methods to solve this problem:
Click the "three dots" in the upper right corner, click Settings, scroll to the bottom, click "Passwords", select "Add password", enter the URL of the health insurance portal login page, enter other information such as the account and password you log in here, then restart Edge, log in to this website, and see if you can use autofill.
Click the "three dots" in Edge and select "Extensions".
Temporarily disable all extensions to see if the autofill function can be restored. If it can, enable the extensions one by one to find out which extension is causing the problem.
Click the "three dots" in the upper right corner and select "New Inprivate Window". Open the health insurance portal login page in this window and see if you can autofill.
In Edge, click the "three dots" and select "Settings".
Find "Privacy, search, and services", scroll to the "Clear browsing data" section, and click "Choose what to clear".
Select "Time range", then check "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files", and click "Clear now".
Disclaimer: Your browser automatically saves temporary internet files to help pages load faster. Clearing this cache will sometimes fix website issues. Please back up all your personal files first, such as Favorites, to ensure you do not lose data.
In settings, find the "Reset settings" option and select "Restore settings to original defaults".
Note that this will reset all your settings and you will need to reset your preferences again.
