can't open piso wifi portal

The most common problem users encounter when they try to access the Piso WiFi user or admin portal is the wrong portal IP address.

Are you using the correct address, which is 10.0.0.1? Other variations like 10.0.0.0.1, 10.0.01, 1.0.0.0.0.1, 1.0.0.0 1 or something similar are not correct.

• Only that for user portal: 10.0.0.1
• And only that for admin portal: 10.0.0.1/admin

Provided that you are entering the correct IP address and the problem is not about that, could you please provide the specific error code when you cannot open it?

Could you please provide the specific error code when you can't open it? Try using a different browser to see if it works. You can also try entering Edge's InPrivate Mode to see if it helps. If other websites are accessible, I recommend directly contacting the WiFi provider for further assistance.
