Ok, I notice the URL entered is either autocompleted or redirected. Can you try type rewards.microsoft.com in the address bar and check the result is the same

I tried entering the rewards.microsoft.com and it still resulted in the same "This page isn't working at the moment" I did also try clearing the cache, switching comnections back and fourth but it still results in the same screen popping up. The only way I can access the site is through a computer, not very convenient though. Is there any way to fix this problem on my mobile device or am I forever stuck with the website only accessible through a computer?

I am having the same problem logging in; the message I receive states "This Page Isn't Working." The error I receive HTTP ERROR 405.

I put it a MS Tech Support work ticket 2 days ago (March 4, 2024), but I have not been contacted. Ugh!

Hi, I'm Elise, a fellow user like yourself and I'd be happy to help with your issue.

Are you able to access this site using a different internet connection such as mobile data?

    Kind Regards,

    Elise
