Activate a previously redeemed Flight Simulator redeem code on a new computer

I have a copy of Microfost Flight Simulator 2020 which arrived as a set of discs.

The software came with a redeeem code. I redeemed the code on my computer but the software would not run as the computer did not meet the specifications.

I now have a computer that meets specifications.

I get an errorsaying the code has already been redeemed.

How do I move my redeem code to my new computer.

The software has never been used,

    25-character codes can only be redeemed once on a Microsoft account and not to a device. This means that you need to locate the Microsoft account where you have redeemed your Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 codes.

    Sign in to all of your Microsoft accounts on account.microsoft.com > Order History > Select the date range when you redeemed your Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020

    Once you have found the account where the game was redeemed, sign in to that account on the Microsoft Store app > Library > Games > and then your redeemed game should appear on that tab ready to install.

    I only have one microsoft account but cannot add the redeem code to it.
