Using the Snipping Tool, how do you snip the bottom of the page that needs to be scrolled up into current view to take snapshot of current screen?

A4 page does not fit in current screen view, it's roughly just over half or nearly two thirds that displays in current screen.  But what about bottom of page that needs to be scrolled up to come into view or else it is being left out of snapshot!

    Thank you for using Microsoft Windows Vista Forums. 

    Snipping tool is designed in such a way that we can capture only the items which are visible on the desktop.

    However, you can zoom the page to fit in to desktop and use the snipping tool to capture.
