Not available yet, most languages should be available 90 days from RTM. Windows RTMed in July, you should start seeing additional languages show up near launch time.

Installing MUI languages on Windows 7 Ultimate

I have installed the Windows 7 Ultimate RTM English version today, and I'm trying to switch the language by using the "Region and Language" then "Install/Uninstall Languages" but everytime I try this, the Windows Update screen doesn't list any additional languages for me to install.
Am I missing something, or is this feature not available yet
