Hi,

have you installed addins for Excel? If yes, disable them and restart Excel.

     hi,

i have encountered  the same error

now, i think this error maybe reslulted from the update of adobe acrobat 8.0 or 9.0.

because it occured after the update of windows7 ultimate edition and adobe acrobat 8.0 or 9.0, but now i reinstalled the windows7 OS and the software adobe acrobat 8.0 but only updated the windows 7, the error did not appear.

the description of the error as follows:

after update of windows7 and adobe acrobat 8.0 or 9.0 to latest, i dragged the TXT document (tab table, containing a large number of floating-point numbers) into excel 2003 or excel 2007, and copy the row containing tens of thousands of floating-point numbers, at this moment, explorer.exe crashed. But if the TXT was imported into the excel by "document import wizard" other than  by drag, the explorer.exe did not crash.

after crash, the windows7 OS restart the explorer.exe, then copy the row that already dragged into the excel, however, the explorer.exe did not crash.

if close the excel software and run again, and then dragged the TXT document into the excel again, the error  continue.
