Hi hamdy_95,

Welcome to Microsoft Answers Forum. I would suggest you to check if the printer is compatibel with windows7, the following link will help you to check the compatiblity link.https://www.microsoft.com/windows/compatibility/windows-7/en-us/partner/submission.aspx

if the printer is compatibel, I would suggest you to download the latest drivers from Toshiba website which support windows7 and install.

1. Open Device Manager by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Maintenance, and then clicking Device Manager.‌ If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

2. In Device Manager, locate the device you want to update, and then double-click the device name.

3. Click the Driver tab, and then click Update Driver and follow the instructions.

If there are no drivers which support windows7, I would suggest you to install in vista compatiblity  mode.

  1. Right click on the icon for the program

2.Click on properties

3.Now click on compatibility TAB

4.Under compatibility section, put a check mark on “Run this program in compatibility mode for:”

5.In the drop down box select windows Vista

6.Under privilige level check mark "Run this programs as an administrator"7.Click on “Apply”

8.Click on “OK”

Hope this helps. Let us know the results.
