Hello StaCCatO,

Thank you for posting to the Microsoft Answers Forum.

I would suggest you try the following: It has worked as a solution for others.

Follow these steps to resolve:

Windows Vista users may need to disable User Access Control (UAC) to be able to do this.

1.  Open a Command Prompt window.

2.  Change the working directory to the location of your CargoWiz files.

  1. Type “regsvr32 tabctl32.ocx” and press Enter.
  2. You will receive a message that says the file has successfully registered.

Please reply back and let us know if this has helped to resolve your issue.

Sincerely,

Marilyn

These links is not useful, it's not for my problem.

I'm trying to install a program called CargoWiz and after I install it when I run it an error message appear saying the following: ***Component 'tabctl32.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.***When I contacted the program support they said contact Microsoft and tell them that you're unable to install OCX files.
