    This should do it:

    1. Create a new Documents folder on the desired drive/partition.
    2. Move any existing documents into the folder.
    3. Add the new folder to the Documents library.
    4. (Optional) Remove the old folder from the Documents library.

To add or remove a folder from the Documents library:

    1. Click Start, type Libraries in the Search box, and press Enter.
    2. Right-click the Documents Library and click Properties.

I Also wonder about this.. that would mean anything you put in the PERSOANL FOLDER would have to be in a file that is based on the second drive.  so you can't just "throw" something in there and expect it to be on the second drive.

I want EVERYTHING  in tthe PERSONAL FOLDER,(which I named Kevin) to be on the second drive.  So that anything I drag in there automaticvally goes to the second drive.  I only have a 120GB drive (SSD) for my main drive and don't want to be filling hat up!

I support a decidedly non-technical staff and also some old machines. Simply moving the "My Documents) via right-click to another location in XP was perfect. Why would that get changed? I am finally ditching these ancient XP boxes with Win7. Add the above to great features I miss. I was hoping for a better answer. No offense, just disappointed.
