how to transfer Civilization (home City) from old to new computer

I just bought a new computer and installed Age of Empire III. I want to transfer my saved Civilization (or Home City) from the old computer to my new computer. Please help.

    Hi Matthew Dragon,

    Thank you for visiting Microsoft Answers.

    You can transfer data from one computer to another but you cannot transfer programs. Unless it is portable and does not require installation.

    I suggest you to install the game in the new computer and copy the game files(including save game files)from the old computer and save it in the same location in your new computer.

     Save game files will be in either the folder where the game is installed or in My documents.
