opvapp.exe has stopped working

At start up I always have this on my screen.  I do not know how to get this program to work. When I go to help it gives me so many choices that I do not know which to try.  Any help and explanation would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for using the Microsoft Vista Answers Forum!

    Do you have this software OmniPass installed on your PC? The process (opvapp.exe) belongs to the software OmniPass. If you have the media to reinstall this software, I would recommend you uninstall it completely, restart your computer and reinstall it again.

    Also, some malware/spyware camouflage themselves as opvapp.exe, particularly if they are located in c:\windows or c:\windows\system32. I would recommend you use the links below to clean your system of malware/spyware programs
