I wanted to load data from my Camcorder to my PC. I installed (or thought I had) the Pixela mixer cd, then discovered it wasn't compatible with Vista. ( I had previously used it when I had XP)I have been onto the Sony site and it seems my camcorder is compatible with Vista and I need to uninstall this filebefor I can do anything else, but when I tried to do this access was denied  and I now cant remove it . Any ideas how this file could have been locked and how I can access and remove it??

The free Revo Uninstaller might be worth a try:

And...it may be worth a try to do a System Restore

to a time before the offending software was installed.
