I see this message (javaw.exe has stopped working) when I want to use a  CD-ROM. How can I solve this problem?

Thank you

Hi jalalbag,

http://www.java.com/en/download/faq/remove_olderversions.xml

Please remove all SUN Java Virtual Machines installed, then install the last JVM release:

http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp

If still no joy...

1. Run the **Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool**

2. Download, install, update and run:

**SUPERAntispyware** (freeware) and **Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware** (freeware).

3. Run this online scan (in safe mode with networking, if possible):

If still no joy... see and follow carefully :"**Checking for/Help with Spyware, Malware and Hijackware****".**Hope this helps,
