I need to remove a HP printer driver from my computer. Forums I've looked at say to go to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Print Management, but this tool is missing from my version. It seems like other people are having the same problem, but no one has a solution yet...http://www.dslreports.com/forum/r23343896-Cant-Find-Print-Management-in-Win7~start=20

Help?

Thanks

I have no idea if Print Management will be added to Home Premium. There seem to be few who might need it, so it is unlikely.

Printer software may be available to uninstall in Uninstall Programs if it came from the manufacturer, and if it came from Windows Update you could uninstall that update.

You may be able to roll back a driver version in Device Manager, but not remove a driver from the system.

Printers can be removed, which would give you the opportunity to choose the driver to be installed when it was reconnected.

Run 'printui /s /t2' and select the driver you would like to remove.

NB/. You will need to remove the printer first or the driver will be marked as in use.

    This works just fine.

In the Start box type Printmanagement.msc.

If Print Management is installed that will launch it.
