Error Message MSVBVM50.dll is missing from your computer

instslled program on to laptop windows 7 and when i try to open i get this error message.

Error Message MSVBVM50.dll is missing from your computer

Whats the fix? Tys for any help

Sometimes a program's install will not properly install and/or register necessary components. The MSVBVM50.dll issue is covered here:

Follow the directions under the Resolution section. You may optionally wish to install the package as an administrator. To do this, download the MSVBVM50.EXE package to the desktop, then right click and Run as administrator.
