i have downloaded visualizations but when i click View at the top of the player in the menu area visualizations that once used to be in the dropdown is not there now and i cannot figure out how to make them play. I have never had this problem before but they changed something and the visualization choice is no longer there. help me please.

Hi MichaelZ1,
You need to switch to the Now playing mode to play the Visualizations in Windows Media Player. To play visualizations
1. Open Windows Media Player
2. Go to View Menu and select Now Playing
3. On the player screen right click on the player screen and you will get the Visualization options
