    The info is a bit sketchy as to what you want to do exactly.

    http://www.mydigitallife.info/2007/02/17/how-to-open-elevated-command-prompt-with-administrator-privileges-in-windows-vista/

    Read the different ways to run a Command Prompt at above link.

    And also this one there at the bottom of page;

    Method 9

    If you prefer to hold down “Shift” key and right click on a folder open a command window here, a**registry**hack will allow you to open command window at current folder in elevated mode as administrator.

    Cheers.

    Moving Command Prompt to the C:\Users<username>\Documents folder won't change your ability to open a program from within Command prompt - it will just place an icon to open command prompt in that folder.  You still need to know the commands on how to open the program using Command Prompt and I suggest you contact the manufacturer or perhaps the place of purchase for those directions. Not knowing what program it is (and perhaps even if we did know), we really can't help you from here.  Are your sure this program is compatible with Vista - many that need to run from a command prompt aren't.  But if you want to do so, go to Start / All Programs / Accessories / Command primpt and right click on it and click on Copy and then go to the folder where you want to put it anc right click on the folder and click paste.  That will place a copy of the command prompt shortcut in the folder your want.

    I hope this helps.

    Good luck!
