Windows Movie Maker - How to add Microsoft Word Files?

The Movie Maker says that my computer doesn't have a "codec" so I can't add any Microsoft Word Files to the movie.  I was wondering how I could sort this so I can add them? Do I need to change something about the file or can I just download something?

Thanks

If you open the document in Word and copy/paste the contents into an

image editor...Windows Paint (for example)...you can save it in a picture

format. .jpg or .bmp would be good choices. Then you can import the

picture into Movie Maker.

If the document is large and complex you probably cannot read it in the

resulting Movie Maker Movie file.

Hi Emk123,

Windows movie maker does not recognize document file. It can recognize picture files and video files and audio files.

Hope this helps.
